- leuB6(Am)-- Suppressed by serU suppressor (supH)
- glnX44(AS)-- Mutation is a C to T transition at nucleotide 34 (3rd position of the anticodon)
- galK2(Oc)-- is a GAA(glu) to TAA(ochre) mutation, residue 134. Oller et al.1993. Apparently non-suppressible, since all revertants found were at the ochre site.
- zdi-3628::lacZo(240X)::kan-- This allele has a kan cassette between two arrays of 120 tandem repeats of the lacZ operator site.
- zie-3628::tetAo (240X)::aacC1-- This allele has a GmR cassette between two arrays of 120 tandem repeats of the tetA operator site, all of which is inserted at the attTn7 locus.
