• The genotype is not yet complete for this strain. We are waiting on clarification from the strain creator.
• ΔlacZ58(M15)-- is a deletion of a small part (the alpha region) of the lacZ gene; allows `alpha complementation'.
• ?dapA1341::[erm pir⁺]-- We use 125ug/ml DAP when growing these strains in rich medium
• ΔlacZ58(M15) was formerly called deletion M15
• ΔlacZ58(M15) was formerly called lacZ(M15)
• M15 = alpha-complemented allele
